The E-body coupes were converted to unibody construction and further downsized for 1986 to a 108 in wheelbase similar in length to that of the Buick Regal. The V6 was now the only engine, rated initially at 142 hp and 200lb ft of torque. It used the Turbo-Hydramatic 440-T4 automatic with a 2.84:1 final drive ratio. This generation was noted for advanced electronic instrumentation displayed on... a dash-mounted 9-inch CRT. The CRT controlled the vehicle's climate control system and stereo, and also supplied advanced instrumentation such as a trip computer and maintenance reminder feature. Four-wheel disc brakes were standard. With a choice of three suspension packages available, up to the performance-oriented FE3 setting, handling was notably improved. The Riviera placed fourth for Motor Trend's 1986 Car of the Year contest. Inside the car is a beautiful and very comfortable velour interior. "Carfax Certified" low mile Buick Riviera! 38,000 original miles! This is a great example of a true luxury car with the bulletproof 3.8 motor, a Riviera enthusiast's dream! With the low miles and sitting a lot comes some minor needed maintenance. The car has a minor valve cover gasket oil leak and the AC needs a recharge. A complete tune up wouldn't hurt. Car runs and drives great and has excellent tires. This is a Michigan car that sat in a garage for many years, we're guessing a GM executive. There are some minor body imperfections, but nothing that a little elbow grease can't work out. Get ready for the summer car shows! CLASSIC 1992 BUICK RIVIERA, 2D, COUPLE. Very good condition. Here is a beautiful classic Buick Riviera that is hard to find in this condition. Runs great, and ready to go on a road trip. New tires, and recently serviced by a GM dealer. Highly recommend that you come over and inspect it before you decide to purchase. I want to make sure that you are very happy with the car, and it is exactly what you were looking for. The exterior paint is cherry red and in pretty good condition considering the age of the car. The interior white leather seats are in very good condition. The car starts right up when you insert the key, and the engine sounds great. The car is located in Taos County New Mexico. Buyer is responsible for picking up the car one payment in full has been made. If the Buyer desires to have the car shipped, all such arrangements will be the responsibility of the Buyer. A question was raised by one of the customers as to the Auto Check report. The report has a question on the mileage of the car when I purchased it back in 2009 from the previous owner. As a result, I went back and checked the Title issued by the Motor Vehicle Department to ensure the odometer reading was correct at that time. The 80,000 odometer reading in 2009 is correct as evidenced by the DMV Certificate of Title. I will provide you with a current Title that clearly shows there is no issue with the title. .

This car is a beautiful 1995 Buick Riviera and was bought 2 decades ago by my dad. I bought this car from my sister about 7 years ago and it ran reliably until recently. It has a phantom oil leak and the water pump is busted. I'm gearing up to buy something new, so if you have the time totally buy it. This is a beautiful reliable car and will serve you well. Very nice car! every option works as it should , power windows, seats, tilt wheel, cruise ,cassette works as does the cd player the seat warmer works, the car has been well maintained and garaged or covered. The window and door rubber are in perfect condition no rust no tears only bad spot is on the right side of the dash. The tires and wheels are new american racing torque thrust 17" 245 45 17 tires. car has been serviced oil is mobil synthetic a/c is great you can drive it home! and I also have the stock 16" wheels that go with it all the glass is good no rock chips I haven't seen a nicer one. car won't leave me until paid for I also can send more pics on request no rust under the car
